2. Our custom ring designing experts will contact you clarifying your ring design (size, diamond clarity, gold purity, and more…)
3. We will provide you with a rough estimate on the total purchase price of your custom ring.
4. We will take a 50% non-refundable deposit for design and production of your custom ring
5. We will work together to create the perfect design to complete your vision. 
6. After you approve the 3D CAD Design of your custom ring, we will have the wax printed and casted, and the diamonds set (if necessary). 
7. We will invoice you for the remainder of the payment of your custom ring before we mail it out to you or before you pick it up from our Los Angeles office.

How long will it take to make my custom ring?

Production time for your custom ring will vary from 4 days to about 15 days depending on the complexity of the design, how many stones need to be set, and how many times we need to make tweaks to the 3D CAD design before we print the wax-version of your ring. On average, it will take us around 10 days from conceptualization to completion of your custom ring. 

The sooner we receive the 50% deposit and you approve the design, the sooner we will be able to provide you with your finished ring.
