Refund policy

Returns

If you ordering a standard jewelry piece from us, we will accept a return within 24 hours of when you receive the finished jewelry piece.

If you are ordering a custom piece from us, we do not offer any returns because you will have had the opportunity to approve the design well before the piece is completed.

Please Note: If there is a manufacturing defect, and you bring it to our attention within 24 hours of receiving your finished jewelry piece, we will fix it for you free of charge. 

Cancellation Policy:

If you decide to cancel your order, you will only be entitled to receive a portion of your full purchase price depending on how far along we are in the production process.
